How can you JOIN THE MOVEMENT?

(1) SPREAD AWARENESS. Chances are you know someone who is a spinal cord injury survivor. Help spread awareness about the risks of SCI and share the hope of life after SCI.

(2) MOVE SOMEONE WHO CAN'T. Practice wheelchair ettiquette and respect for others at all times. Be that kind word or helping hand to someone in need.

(3) TAKE A STAND. Together, we can end the stigma attached to disabilities. It's not about pity or feeling sorry for someone with a disability. It's about common respect and acknowleding the ability to everyone!
